Objectives:
1. Research and development of classic feature engineering and machine learning approaches for static lyrics-based Music Emotion Recognition (MER), as well as the required datasets;
2. Research and development of deep learning (DL) approaches for static lyrics based MER;
3. Research and development of classic feature engineering and machine learning approaches for lyrics-based Music Emotion Variation Detection (MEVD), as well as the required datasets;
4. Research and development of DL approaches for lyrics-based MEVD.
