Work Plan: This work plan will define the architecture and prototype the components of an open ICT infrastructure compliant with the requirements specification from other project tasks to support the development of Platform solutions that open up more opportunities for global connectivity, international trade, and economic development. This will be part of a core set of open ICT technologies (specifications and prototypes) that can be taken up by stakeholders, including private and public (such as customs) organizations. An integrated systems architecture that combines Open Data Principles with the Federated Systems approach, as proposed by the European Commission’s Digital Transport and Logistics Forum. For further details, please check the complete document.
