Short Bio

Received his ICT Master of engineering from IMT Lille-Douai, France, in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, he worked as telecommunication consultant for Altran in the Parisian region, France. Since 2013, he is a senior lecturer at the Department of Informatics Engineering of the Escola Superior Politécnica do Uíge (ESPU), Angola. At ESPU, he also heads the project management service in charge of IT, statistics and best practices. He is currently a PhD candidate and 5G research fellow at the Department of Informatics Engineering of the University of Coimbra, Portugal. His research interests include Internet of Everything, Human-based sensing, ITU-T IMT2020 (5G) products and services.
