Improving genome compiler's performance



In this paper we propose the extension of current
genome compiler systems through the inclusion
of two techniques, and study the effects on the
performance of the system. The goal is to reduce
the number of operations necessary to evaluate
the individuals, hence reducing the
computational weight of the evaluation step.
