Short Bio
In 2016, I completed a degree on Biomedical Sciences at the University of Aveiro. And in 2018, a master degree on Bioinformatics at the University of Minho. From December of 2018 to June of 2019, I worked on pipelines for processing DNA sequencing data and genetic variants identifications at Biocant - Associação de Transferência de Tecnologia under a research grant. Currently, I am developing a PhD project, which aims to employ artificial intelligence strategies on large-scale DNA sequencing datasets to uncover new insights on complex diseases pathophysiology.
