Short Bio

Jéssica Parente holds a master's degree in Design and Multimedia from the University of Coimbra. Her growing passion for typography led her to explore the subject for her master's thesis. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD, with her research focusing on developing typographic representations that express characteristics of oral communication expressively. She aims to explore the creative potential arising from the interplay between sound, graphic design, and typography. Beyond her academic pursuits, Jéssica's interests span graphic and editorial design, web design, video production, and photography.
