Professor Benjamin Ng, from the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Macao Polytechnic University (MPU), visited CISUC between the 18th and 20th of October.

During his visit, he gave a talk on “Modulation and Coding Performance Optimization in NOMA systems and FTN Systems: Some Recent Results and Future Directions” and participated in meetings with the team of the joint project between MPU and UC: "Project B5G - Research on Secure and Energy Efficient Physical Layer Techniques for B5G Dense Environments". 

Professor Benjamin Ng also visited the premises of the MPU-UC Joint Research Laboratory in Advanced Technologies for Smart Cities and met PhD students of the UC-MPU dual PhD program and UC Informatics Engineering PhD.
