Short Bio

Ngombo Armando was born in Angola. He received his PhD degree in Science and Information Technology from the University of Coimbra, Coimbra, Portugal, in 2020. He received the M.Eng. degree in information and communication technologies from IMT Lille-Douai, France, in 2010 (N°IESF 554439). From 2010 to 2012, he was a telecommunication consultant for Altran, Paris, France. As a consultant, he was seconded to Bouygues Telecom operator, Paris, France; Where he co-designed more than twenty engineering projects covering the transport core-backbone grid. Since 2013, he is an Assitant Professor at the Department of Informatics Engineering of the Instituto Politécnico / Universidade Kimpa Vita (UKV), Angola. At UKV, he also heads the project management service in charge of IT, statistics and services good practices. He is a Member of IEEE.
